Tomorrow, when you wake up, before you hit the shower or have that first cup of coffee, do something small and positive. First, think a happy thought about yourself. If you have great hair, a good smile, a flat stomach or a bubble butt, tell yourself how awesome that thing is and how happy you are to have it. Maybe you only have one leg, let the leg you do have know how happy you are that you have it. Ok cheesy I know.

Try this… Get up and pet your dog, cat, mongoose. Tell it thank you for being there. Go and touch your child’s face. Look at them in all their perfectness, and be thankful for that. Look at yourself in the mirror and say thank you. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Remember that all we ever have is moments. Live in the moment and be thankful for all the little things.

A smile is free and it goes a long way. Plus it’s good for combating wrinkles!!
